Upon receiving your order, we perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to verify sufficient funds for the transaction. Once authorized, your card will be charged, and the amount debited will be treated as a deposit for the goods you’re purchasing. After your items are shipped and you receive a confirmation email, the deposit will be applied toward the final payment for the goods as stated in the confirmation email.
Our products are custom-made and handcrafted based on your specific design and preferences. We will begin production only after confirming your payment.
To make a payment, simply click on either the “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website. You will be redirected to the payment-processing platform, where you can pay using your credit card or existing PayPal account. PayPal will handle your payment, and the transaction will appear on your statement as PayPal.
All refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, whether it’s PayPal or your credit/debit card.
Your credit card information is neither processed through nor stored on [email protected] servers, and no data is ever shared with third parties.
